Hi, I'm Steve and I'm currently doing my MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
We've planned a similar trip (almost ditto like yours) in this 3rd week of August... our itinerary comprises of delhi, manali, sarchu, leh, kargil, sonamarg, srinagar, pahalgam, gulmarg, jammu.

It was wonderful reading your experiences... now I'm looking forward to this trip more than anything. I'd really appreciate it if you could give me your email ID as soon as possible.
We leave on this trip on 10th August, 5 AM. My number is 9910106953... sms me your number if you're with a stranger calling you with a few queries :)

    Cheers,
    Steve

  6. Hi Mridul,

I was wondering if your expenses covered everything including taxi, food, and accomodations. My friends and I are planning the exact same trip coming up. My gmail is eklect2nr@gmail.com. I would like to ask you some questions regarding the taxi you took and the places you stayed along the way. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you!

  7. Thanks for stopping by, Shez. Yes the expenses covered everything. We took an Innova @ Rs. 10 per km from a local taxi stand in Delhi. Any specific questions, you can post on my blog, just for the benefit of other readers! :) Thx!

  8. Mridul,

Do you remember the taxi company that you used in Delhi? We are hoping we can find the same one for a good rate like the one you had found. Thank you!
